Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using mitzpe.org, subscribing to any Mitzpe publication, purchasing products, or engaging with Mitzpe, you (“you” or “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Atlanta Israel Coalition, Inc. (“AIC,” “Mitzpe,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Georgia nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) public charity. The Mitzpe Institute is an educational program of AIC. Until October 2026 these services were provided by Mitzpe LLC.

Our services

Mitzpe provides analysis and editorial products focused on Israeli security and related geopolitical matters. Our services include:

Account registration

To access subscription content on mitzpe.org, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Organization access, granted as seats with an AIC partner membership, is licensed to the named users the organization designates, up to the number of seats it holds. Sharing login credentials beyond those seats is prohibited.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at shalom@mitzpe.org.

Subscriptions and payment

Membership is sold by the Atlanta Israel Coalition. Since October 2026, membership that opens Mitzpe’s members-only work is sold by AIC at atlantaisrael.org/join, and mitzpe.org does not sell membership itself. Billing on every earlier paid subscription, on mitzpe.org and on the Israel Brief’s Substack, stopped in October 2026, and nothing more will be charged for those.

Past payments. Subscriptions paid before October 2026 were sold by Mitzpe LLC. Questions about a past payment go to shalom@mitzpe.org.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancellation. You may close your account or unsubscribe at any time.

Mitzpe-initiated cancellation. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms.

Mitzpe Press book sales

Mitzpe Press publishes books and monographs. These products may be purchased through third-party retailers, including Amazon. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer’s terms of sale, return policy, and fulfillment process.

Mitzpe Press titles are protected by copyright. See the Intellectual Property section below.

Intellectual property

All content published by Mitzpe — including but not limited to Israel Brief assessments, Dossiers, Vantage issues, Watchwords briefings, Mitzpe Press books, and all text, analysis, graphics, and design elements on mitzpe.org — is the intellectual property of Atlanta Israel Coalition, Inc. and is protected by United States and international copyright law.

Fellow and contributor work. A piece written for the Mitzpe masthead by a Fellow, an Advisor, or an outside contributor remains the copyright of its author. The author grants Mitzpe first publication and a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to publish that piece and keep it in the archive. The author is free to republish it elsewhere once it has run here. Where a fellowship or affiliation ends, work already published stays published, under its author’s byline.

Citation. You may cite or quote brief excerpts of Mitzpe’s published analysis for the purposes of commentary, criticism, news reporting, education, or research, provided that:

Reproduction and redistribution. Reproduction, redistribution, or republication of Mitzpe content — in whole or in substantial part — requires prior written permission from Mitzpe. This includes forwarding paid-tier content (Closed Dossiers, Vantage, Watchwords) to non-subscribers, reposting articles in full on other platforms, and compiling Mitzpe content into derivative works.

Mitzpe Press. Books published under the Mitzpe Press imprint are subject to the copyright terms specified in each publication. All rights are reserved unless otherwise stated.

To request reproduction or republication permission, contact legal@mitzpe.org.

Disclaimers

Mitzpe’s publications and services provide analysis and intelligence assessments. They do not constitute legal, financial, investment, military, or security advice. Mitzpe’s analysis reflects the professional judgment of its analysts based on available information and is subject to revision as new information emerges.

Estimative language. Mitzpe publications use calibrated probability language (e.g., “likely,” “unlikely,” “almost certainly”) in accordance with established intelligence-community methodology. These assessments are probabilistic judgments, not guarantees of outcomes.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MITZPE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATLANTA ISRAEL COALITION, INC., ITS DIRECTORS, VOLUNTEERS, ANALYSTS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MITZPE’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MITZPE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atlanta Israel Coalition, Inc., its directors, volunteers, analysts, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of Mitzpe content, or your infringement of any third party’s rights.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, with the seat of arbitration in Georgia.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

Modifications to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription and discontinue use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — shall survive.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
